Natural Bladder Control

A bladder infection, also called a urinary tract infection is exactly what it sounds like, an infection of the urinary tract. Some common symptoms of a bladder infection include urethritis, cystitis and hematuria.

It is not important that you know exactly what these things are, but rather how to cure them. And more importantly for this article, cure them naturally.

There are first methods of prevention that should be discussed. First, have enough water in your system, second, withstand the impulse of relieving oneself, taking showers instead of baths, good hygiene which includes cleaning of the genital areas prior to and after sexual intercourse as well as drinking a lot of cranberry juice.

There are many natural herbs that can be used to stop a bladder infection. Some would argue that these are healthier options and this would include naturally controlling the bladder. Many of these herbal cures, as is the case with many herbal cures, have been used for centuries and some have even had studies to prove their effectiveness.

What you will want to do is find a natural cure that might include several powerful herbs that have been known to help control the bladder naturally. Some of these include pills, eye-drops and teas.
