Losing Bladder Control

Are you sometimes running to the bathroom because you have to go so badly, and then nothing? Do you go to the bathroom more than 9 times a day? Do you sometimes race to the bathroom but don’t manage to make it to the bathroom in time?

This is called an overactive bladder and should not be considered a natural part of aging.

It is not even caused by drinking excessive amounts of water or other fluids. It is not even caused by infection. Remember that you need to go to a physician if these types of problems persist, but there are home remedies that have been touted.

When your bladders fills up, the brain decides it is time to go, and so it lets you know it is time to release the urine from the urethra. This is voluntary if everything is going well, and you can control you bladder. But this article is all about losing bladder control and having involuntary issues with your urine when it fills in your bladder.

Some of the following may be to blame
  • Surgery
  • Medications
  • Chronic illness

Some of the treatments include
  • Exercises
  • Medications
  • Herbal Treatments
  • Surgery
  • Diapers

Remember to consult your medical doctor before trying any of these treatments. Of course this Website will have some information on the bladder control subject so check out the other articles on incontinence and our BriefControl.Com Website.
